What happens when I reach a limit?
The action that would go past it — adding a team member, accepting a partner, sending a request — is refused with a clear message. Nothing already saved is affected, and you can move to a larger plan at any time.
How do requests per month count?
For a clinic, the orders it sends; for a laboratory, the requests it receives, including walk-ins it enters itself. The count restarts on the first of every month.
How does the annual discount work?
Paying for a year up front costs less per month than paying monthly; the saving is shown on each plan. You can change plans during the year.
Which currency do I pay in?
Your own. Plans are priced in US dollars and converted at the published rate on the day; your invoice shows the local amount and the USD amount side by side.
How do I pay?
Baytri invoices you for your plan; there is no card to enter in the app. Contact us to change your plan or billing period.
